Retrain Your Brain is a four-session workshop series designed to help you better understand your emotions and give you the skills you need to break free from your anxiety and improve your mood. In each module, participants will learn tools for tolerating emotional distress and responding to unhelpful thoughts and behaviors in healthy and productive ways. Each video has accompanying handouts and worksheets to help you practice what you learn.
