The Tabletop Circle is an inviting 8-week group crafted specifically for students who wish to find connection, relieve stress, and foster personal growth through the unique medium of collaborative storytelling and gameplay.

Each session will include facilitated discussions that connect the gameplay experiences to real-life coping strategies, providing valuable insights and practical skills for mental health. No prior gaming experience is required—just bring yourself and an open mind.

The University of North Carolina Postdoctoral Association (PDA) is a peer-led volunteer organization dedicated to addressing the needs and concerns of all UNC postdocs.
