Global Majority Graduate/Professional Students Support Group

This group provides a space that centers the unique experiences and challenges of being a graduate student of color at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Typically, this group recruits new members at the beginning of the semester. If that time has passed, you can still ask and express interest.

Urgency/Wait Times: Within a Few Weeks

Costs: Already paid through student fees, No charge for anyone

Identities: Black experiences, Latinx experiences are centered, Native American

Categories: Identity-based support, Peer support facilitated by employees, Professional Clinical Care

Mental Health Needs: Supports most mental health issues
