The Tabletop Circle is an inviting 8-week group crafted specifically for students who wish to find connection, relieve stress, and foster personal growth through the unique medium of collaborative storytelling and gameplay.

Each session will include facilitated discussions that connect the gameplay experiences to real-life coping strategies, providing valuable insights and practical skills for mental health. No prior gaming experience is required—just bring yourself and an open mind.

Suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization centering LGBTIQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, and questioning) young people. Offers 24/7 phone, text, and chat hotlines, educational resources, and safe online spaces. Text START to 678-678.

Offers one-on-one writing support for any type of writing at any stage of the writing process for all UNC students, including those who may be experiencing writing anxiety

Supports and centers Black women and girls in their journey to mental wellness. Assists with seeking a therapist with the ability to meet the unique needs of Black women and girls. Also offers a crisis chat line.

Therapy for Black Men is a website dedicated to facilitating the process of finding therapists for Black men, who often face stigma for needing and finding mental health support. They are here to provide judgment-free, multiculturally-competent care that centers the needs of Black men.

Anonymous online peer support community available to listen and support 24/7, 365. Free to all students in the UNC system

Provides and promotes employee resources that support mental, physical, social, intellectual and financial wellness for employees.

Peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers.

A year-round peer support/discussion group providing community and connection among campus and community members. The conversation centers experiences of those who identify as transgender (in any respect), genderqueer, or who are questioning their gender identity or gender expression.

Promotes recovery and whole person wellness for those with serious mental illness using prevention, evidence-based treatment, training, and research to support meaningful and productive lives.
