Take time to relax and rejuvenate, join a free virtual gentle yoga session. o Mondays, 12-12:30 p.m. o Wednesdays, 5:15-6 p.m. Equipment needed: yoga mat and comfortable clothing Optional equipment: a firm blanket, yoga strap, open wall space or sturdy chair Register to participate.
