The Tabletop Circle is an inviting 8-week group crafted specifically for students who wish to find connection, relieve stress, and foster personal growth through the unique medium of collaborative storytelling and gameplay.

Each session will include facilitated discussions that connect the gameplay experiences to real-life coping strategies, providing valuable insights and practical skills for mental health. No prior gaming experience is required—just bring yourself and an open mind.

Offers one-on-one writing support for any type of writing at any stage of the writing process for all UNC students, including those who may be experiencing writing anxiety

Anonymous online peer support community available to listen and support 24/7, 365. Free to all students in the UNC system

Trained student facilitators lead weekly peer support groups.

Jewish students of all backgrounds come to Hillel to make friends in a warm, accepting environment and to explore what being Jewish means to them. 

A Christian community focused on helping each other hear God's voice and grow into the people God calls us to be.

Working to increase access to mental health resources centering the South Asian Community through education, activism, and storytelling.

Works to end the stigma of mental illness in minority communities and create safe spaces centering the African-American population.

Practice 5 therapeutic writing types (your writing is private and not shared within the group) with time to think, breathe, write, analyze your own writing, and share.

Typically, this group recruits new members at the beginning of the semester. If that time has passed, you can still ask and express interest.
