Let's face it, breakups are hard. In this 90-minute workshop, participants will learn how to navigate difficult post-breakup conversations, set healthy boundaries with exes, and create self-care plans. Power yoga is a dynamic, physically engaging form of yoga. This class will challenge your body and engage your mind as we flow through empowering poses that move at a quicker and more dynamic pace. All fitness levels welcome.
The Healthy Relationships Workshop discusses characteristics of healthy relationships, offers skills to help you understand your wants, needs, and boundaries in relationships, and teaches communication strategies to improve relationships.
