Sleep is an essential part of well-being (dimensions of wellness) and success for students. Join Student Wellness to play and learn more about the importance of sleep, with exercise, and how they intersect during this Jeopardy-style workshop! Participants can enter a raffle to win a weighted blanket on Spring LDOC! (4/28/23)

Anyone that RSVP's can pick up a free sleep kit (with eye mask, tea, ear plugs, and more) at Student Wellness, located on the first floor of SASB South Building. For questions, email studentwellness.unc.edu.
