Stranger to Friend: Mental Health Bracelet Swap

In a world that sometimes feels increasingly disconnected, we're bringing strangers together to share a moment of genuine connection. Participants will make friendship bracelets with words/phrases of what mental health means to them, while writing their story on an index card. Participants will then give their bracelet/card to a stranger to emphasize the importance of connection, even among strangers!
