Regaining a Sense of Safety: Coping with Trauma and Grief

Join us for the first Mental Health Seminar of fall 2023. The shooting and extended lockdown on Aug. 28 had a profound impact on the entire UNC-Chapel Hill community.

This seminar, led by Dr. Donald Rosenstein, will provide perspectives on navigating trauma and grief as well as ideas to support individual and collective coping in the aftermath of this tragedy. Join us as we come together to learn, reflect and share as a community.
