April 19 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Join us for a groundbreaking event dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health on a global scale. "Reduce the Stigma Worldwide" is a transformative event aimed at fostering understanding, compassion, and support for individuals navigating the complexities of mental health challenges and supporting individuals of all backgrounds. The need to address mental health stigma has never been more urgent. Despite progress in raising awareness, misconceptions and discrimination persist both inside and outside the US, preventing millions from seeking the help they deserve. This event seeks to challenge these barriers head-on, igniting a conversation that transcends borders.

Through many on-campus clubs and local organizations, attendees will gain valuable insights into the lived experiences of those affected by mental health conditions and learn about how mindfulness and positive mental health practices are held across the world. From exploring innovative approaches to destigmatizing mental health in diverse communities to highlighting the importance of inclusive policies and supportive environments, "Reduce the Stigma Worldwide" offers a platform for collaboration and action. We will have fun activities, focused on collaboration and destressing.
