It's that time of the year where we are all so stressed with getting to the end of the semester--including Finals!
Join us and 'DONUT' stress during finals at Davis Courtyard from 10:00am- 12:00pm to celebrate LDOC!
Treat yo' self to a donut, sip on some coffee/hot cocoa, or grab an LDOC S.N.A.C.K.S. pack (while supplies last) to and engage with us--Student Wellness, hha! Peer Educators to share resources that support your wellbeing! LDOC S.N.A.C.K.S. happens before finals every semester by highlighting the importance of Sleep, Nutrition, Activity, Connecting, Knowledge, and Self-Care. Our goal is to raise awareness, provide new information, prompt reflection, and highlight services/resources/events related to Sleep, Nutrition, Activity, Connecting, Knowledge, and Self-Care all around campus.
