While Pilates has evolved into a cultural phenomenon, its origins trace back to simplistic moves for people seeking to train in a calisthenic manner. In this Spring into Fitness class, we will return to the basics, breaking down the foundations of Contrology as its inventor Joseph Pilates named the form of exercise.
