This workshop deconstructs the misconception of “stress management” and focuses on how to relate to stress in one’s life with a new perspective. It also includes 5 different opportunities to experience stress relief through various practices that can help regulate the nervous system, cultivate attention and emotion regulation, and increase joy and ease.
