Peer2Peer is a student-led group that advocates for the mental well-being of the members within our community through peer support. Offers one-on-one sessions to talk with a student peer responder.

Serving all UNC-CH students, faculty, and staff, the Core provides consultation and education on peer support principles and evidence, training and implementation assistance, and leadership for the Carolina Peer Support Collaborative and LSN peer support program.

Safe space for discussion and support to increase resiliency centered on the experiences of BIPOC women and open to any undergraduate student.

A program to increase feelings of belonging and resilience, centered on the experiences of BIPOC women at UNC and open to all graduate and professional students.

Sister Talk After Dark Grad

A safe and healing therapy group where we gain understanding of our inner critical voices and shift our relationship with them through experiential activities.

Taming Your Inner Critic

Offers support for students with ADHD or Learning Disabilities, academic coaching and workshops, as well as one-on-one appointments for academic support.

Offers one-on-one writing support for any type of writing at any stage of the writing process for all UNC students, including those who may be experiencing writing anxiety
