DESCRIPTION:We will meet in the arboretum and go on a walk to destress. Walking participants will take a conversational walk around campus while discussing wellness and having open conversations about mental health. After around 30 minutes\, we will reconvene in the arboretum and hold 10 minutes of free time for meditation\, journaling\, gratitude\, or other exercises that promote wellness
