Sleep- we do it everyday! In the UNC community, however, the idea of sleep seems to be out of reach. From busy students and faculty to everyone in between, many people cannot get enough sleep or even stay asleep. This Sleep and Wellness workshop addresses why we sleep, how we sleep, and when we need sleep. We will also discuss how to improve sleep and practice better "sleep hygiene." Let's catch some z's (preferably after the workshop)!
