Mindful UNC presents monthly Mindful Monday meditation session.

It is almost spring! Join us in celebrating the season of re-awakening with our community Mindful Monday practice on March 7th at 8:30am with Mary Beth Knight. She will lead a brief, three-pronged session that will begin with simple breath work, followed by mindful movement you can do from your chair, and ending with a centering meditation to begin the day. As always, no registration needed.
