October 11 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

In order to make progress, we should press pause. Living nonstop is impossible; we all need rest to replenish and recharge. A pause can help us reevaluate priorities and adjust goals, notice the details of life and enjoy them, and reconnect with our inspiration and feelings. Join this session to better understand the theory and practice of mindful pauses.
